Service Inclusions & Professional Value:

• Expert Labor: A highly skilled Senior Technician ready to execute complex waterproofing installations.
• Quality Assurance: All work adheres to Leakfix Solve’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a reliable, standardized finish.
• Project Transparency: Detailed Daily Reports covering QA checkpoints and progress to ensure full oversight.
• Standard Equipment: The technician arrives with professional tools and standard PPE (harness kit, hard hat, steel-toe boots, hi-vis clothing, and safety glasses).

Important Exclusions & Billing Terms

This service focuses on expert execution. Please note the following strict exclusions and booking conditions:

• Terms and Conditions of Service apply. 
• Door-to-Door Billing: We bill for all time associated with the booking, calculated from the moment the technician departs their residence until their return.
• Logistics & Materials: Waterproofing materials, consumables (e.g., gas), and the transport or storage of materials are strictly excluded.
• Travel & Accommodation: All travel costs and lodging for projects outside the technician’s place of residence are not included and must be covered by the client.
• Guaranteed Payment Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, payment is guaranteed. We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations or delays unless we successfully reallocate the technician's time to an alternative project.
• Wet Weather & Delay Provisions: If weather prevents waterproofing, the technician can perform alternative tasks to ensure your booked time is utilized. This includes indoor installations, site cleaning, or other technical tasks feasible in the rain.
• Minimum Booking: A 6-hour minimum applies to all call-outs. This minimum applies to rainy days (if no alternative work is provided), site inductions, or access delays.
• Site Safety: Clients are responsible for all on-site safety management. All time spent in safety meetings or inductions is billable.
• Specialty PPE: Any site-specific safety equipment beyond our standard kit must be provided or reimbursed.
• Design: Project management, technical design advice, and drawing reviews are not included.
